<p>Whoever has subscribed to any products or promotions with the astral group be prepared for a huge shock when you try to cancel it. Since May 26th I have been trying to cancel a promotion that I had not even subscribed to as I purchased a once off holiday voucher. As part of purchasing this holiday voucher you are automatically signed up for some bull**** premium emerald club nonsense without your knowledge. I have sent numerous emails to their cancellations department requesting for it to be cancelled with only one response coming back saying that you have to give 30 days notice to cancel and that 1 more debit order needs to go off before it will be cancelled. So I let the debit order go off my account and sent another email asking if everything has been cancelled. Up to now I have not had a response and my account was debited again. So to all of those people with products,services or promotions with this useless ****ing group, good luck.</p>
