*********** UNHELPFUL AND UNAWARE ASSISTANCE (ESSENTIALLY *****ING)

I have called this company many times. Initially i was just transferred from one department to another as they could not help.

I called a few times and was just on hold.

Finally i was able to contact some and he also told me that he was not the correct department however he would put through my complaint and someone would get back to me.

I even sent through an email to no avail.

I have not received any emails i have not received any feedback as yet.

I want to cancel as money is going of my account to which i have no information and want to cancel this. The point of there service was to send me a card to be used which i have not received as well the further information on the product but i have not received this to date.

They are essentially *****ing from me.

I was then contacted by a consultant once again offering me services to which i listened and then told the consultant that i do not want anything and need to cancel everything that is being charged to my account. And if she could help be with this. She just hung up on me. Very Rude.

This now becoming an issue as i'm being charged for something i do not want.
