<p>I just received notification from my bank that R99 was debit by the Astral group. &nbsp;I then phoned in to enquire why this amount was taken. I spoke to Precious Nene who said she was the floor supervisor and she was adamant that I agreed to the service and will be debited. I told her that i never agreed and want the debit cancelled.
