This company is not legit, its impossible to get through to them or have any packages cancelled through their call center, the receptionist cannot even transfer calls or give you correct extension lines for requested help. Don't ever accept any recommendation from a friend who might have asked them to call you. The "holiday vouchers" that they sell are non-existent
