<p>I would like to give a big thank you to the customer care department of the Astral Group, I was trying to cancel a policy with them but I ended up not cancelling because of the kind of service I received from them. The consultant was so helpfull that when she explained how the product is actuually going to benefit me i decided not to cancel.
