Deducting money out of my account without permission

<p>I took out an once off holiday voucher with them say 2 months ago.An agent contacted me after some time and informed me that I'm getting one month free advance assist.I agreed.He never informed me that there will be monthly deductions for the service and that I should cancel it after one month. I've contacted their reception now and the lady keep on assuring me that the agent who contacted me did inform me of the above mentioned as if she was there the day he contacted me......which means she is telling me that the fault is not with but with me.I tired of people who think they can take advantage of other people.Who gives them the right to dig into your account and take money.Im definitely not going to leave it here.If Elaine who is the manager does not contact me back today I have no choice but to take this matter further.</p>
