Bad experience

Many years ago the company started to deduct money for something they did not provide us, so we canceled the policy. Since then they phoned started to deduct money again, after having sit on the phone for hours fighting with them about the deductions that was not authorized. They have once again started to deduct money from our account going via another company to deduct. So yet we still fighting to stop this. Now we sit on the phone for almost 40 min being 1st in line and no answer. This is pathetic
