Astral still debating my account after I cancelled in Jan 2016

I can't begin to describe my frustration with his company. I cancelled my policy with them in Jam 2016 after I realized I wasn't using their benefits...largely because I never received anything in the post from them. To this month they are still devoting my account...sometimes twice in one month. They have terrible customer service and they always claim to come back to me with an answer. They ignore my emails and they always refuse to put me through to their cancellations department - Vuyo
