Astral group, Assisted by Name: Previous,Surname: The only Precious here

<p>I have recently discovered that my accound has been debited Three times from the 25th, the 31 and the 1st on this mouth by different company by my bank adviced me to call Atral Group and spoke to a lady by the name of Precious who refused to give me her Surname and a refence number for the call</p> <p>I cant be lieve that in order for me to get a recording of the socalled agreement it will take 72 hours, and the concellation of the Adance Assist that I apparantly aggreed upon will take 31 wroking days, this is so unacceptable and hope I will not be debited this month simply becaose I did not confirm my accound details for anyone</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope the requetsed recording will follow as well as the confirmed confirmation letter with an answer and the Surname of the so called Precious with no Sername and reference number</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Unhappy customer </p> <p> </p>
