Astrada ****** that hide deliberately sell bogus vehicle and use contract clauses to ***** from customers

I bought a car from their dealership in August 2020 and they told me everything was fine and they just worked on the vehicle to fix the turbo and everything is fine. Two weeks later the car broke down and could move and started to burn. Then they said there is nothing that they can do for because the car was bought as is even though they are a dealership. Went to Ambudsman and and I was told that they wrote on the sale agreement that when I bought the vehicle that the purpose was for resale purposes( I did not understand the implications thereof) so the reason for buying the car in my view had no bearing on the contract. I did however inform the sales man that I was taking this car to use it for my personal things once I get to Eastern Cape. When I contacted Cronje at the dealership he said he could not comment on this as he would be in trouble with his bosses. The car had faulty brakes secondly the switches were not working the biggest question is how did it pass the road worthy test
