Worse treatment ever

I bought a Freezer and Bed last month from them shop. When setting a debit order they asked for my card and put it in to the machine to set- up a debit order. Unfortunately they couldn't set it up and had to set it up as all companies do through the bank. On the 25th i had lost my phone and could not see if any of my debit oreders did not go through. it was only on the 2nd or 3rd of this month that I realised that they did not debit my account. Three days later they came nd took my bed and fridge with very rude individuals. they did not even want to listen to me about making an arrangement. Furthermore they told methat the furniture will be resold again, meaning most of they furnisher is used furnisher and this is not declared to any customers when buying the furnisher. No wonder they furnisher does not last. They have lost a customer and everyone that i know will be informed of the ill treatment they give to their customers.
