Not user friendly

Good day

I was so happy when I was approved for a couch I choose my couch and everything only to be told I have to come into the branch to sign the contract which is two hours drive, this is so upsetting because I was so excited considering everything is digital I would have hoped scanning the contract and me signing it would make like so much easier.

I'm so unhappy about this.
