Bad treatment from Astra Furniture

After I lost my job on December and I was owing them 1300 I called them as we don't have their office in Hoedspruit and explain they said they will get back to me on March I managed to pay 880 to my outstanding balance and called them again to make arrangements as usual they will get back to me they came and take my property on May and I called and speak to them they asked the retrenchment letter which I gave them I told I'm currently not working and I will able to pay they said it's fine last month I called them to make settlement arrangements for end of this month they agreed in my surprise today they sent rude hooligans who harassed my family and took my property when I call them full of excuses the lady called Olg from their head office and Lindo please help
