Astra furniture are ******

I had an account with astra furniture,with 6 months to pay.on the 4th month went to settle my account,at Leandra branch.they gave me a settlement offer,and I paid it.the didn’t stop their debit order.they continued to debit on my account,when I went to the branch they refunded me.the next month they debited again,and went back to them.they requested a bank statement of which I did give to them.they r refusing to refund my money.they say I still owe them money,except the settlement money I paid.they are a bunch of ******.will never buy from astra furnitures again
