Women ***cott Astra Brakes, they use emotion to trick us into not doing the job

I decided to research astra brakes in January. Upon collection I was told the noise on the complete cars braking system was done and the squeaking sound won't last long. I travel alot for work and had my car serviced at VW they called and alerted me that the brake fluid needs to be replaced. this we 2 weeks after being at Astra Brakes. The squeaking continued. I got back from work traveling and decided to sort out my brakes. I went last week, was told they need a day after I begged for an appointment. The Thursday no feedback or updates, they had my car misplaced my lock nut pin, never answered my calls or messages, I had to make a plan to collect my car. I got there and the same employee who worked on my car asked if the back brakes was done yet 2 months earlier he was the one who worked on my car. Upon assessment the one guy made it clear desperate women find themselves in their service center and unburden their problems, he kept asking personal questions to get me to open up and I started shutting down. They used church as a way to get me to talk and said my car might be cursed. How does God fearing people take advantage of women who come to get a professional job done. I have been reporting the noise again from the apparent new brakes and told them this week and last week I lack trust and respect in Astra Brakes. They have been avoiding my messages asking for my car to be returned to them when I have no proof they did the work. The manager wouldn't allow me to speak trying to take advantage of me being a female talking down to me. They practicing ******** treatment to female customers and disregarding my concerns on my cars for months now. I have no proof any work was done and they don't care. I have images, screenshots and even proof of how they don't answer their calls
