our nightmare buying our first used vehicle

The vehicles cambelt had snapped teeth and was so old the writing isn't on there. The tappet cover was as hard as a brick. The gasket snapped like a twig. The engine has oil that is so thick and dirty. Quote - it looks as if the vehicle has not been serviced in 10 years. The engine has now seized!!!<br> We still have 4 and half years to pay this vehicle off!! I have only had the vehicle for 9 months with a low mileage of 7695 used! Travel aprox - 20km per day! Note I have not even reached the next interval service which the dealership kindly stuck a notice on my windscreen to remind me at 105 000. <br> I was advised by the dealerships Manager that I must hand this over to my attorneys as they have done their job!!<br> Facts<br> On purchase of the vehicle I was told the vehicle has a full service history - then why is the engine oil so dirty, cambelt etc<br> I was guaranteed honesty and integrity that this vehicle has been through AA and serviced before release of the vehicle at 91 600 aprox as per service book. When calling KIA PINETOWN I was told the service for at 90 000 cambelt should of been changed. I am in tears because i now sit with a vehcile that has a seized engine where is the fairness.
