Ashley Project Pty Ltd: Failure to Honour Business contract

On 18 December 2024, I purchased a vacant stand in Unitas Park Extension 3, Vereeniging, from Willem at the Golden Garden office. I was provided with a 12-month purchase offer contract, which I fully honoured and comp**** with within the stipulated period by settling the debt as agreed.

However, the seller breached the contract when the stand was sold to a third party, despite my full compliance and payment.

On 31 January 2026, an alternative stand was proposed as a resolution. While I exercised patience and acted in good faith in the hope of reaching an amicable outcome, no formal offer to purchase or amended agreement has ever been provided to me in writing.

Regrettably, to date, I have still not received any purchase contract or amended contract. I have been communicating with Joseph, an employee of Willem, who has not been transparent or honest with me about the developments. This lack of transparency appears to be the reason why I was never furnished with a new or amended purchase contract.
