Appauliing servive and unproffessionalism.

I bought a stand in March of 2020 for a sales representative at Golden gardens which was R161000 minus tranfer fees. I was given a stand. upon completion of payment and I wanted to start buling I was told that the stand I was bulding on was not serviced and it would take months to service it or over a year. Then I was moved to an alternative stand. When trying to build on that stand the site inspector found three manholes on that stand, two o which were still working. I then went back to Musa to explain my situation and he said he will do a refund for us and consult with Willem. He now says that I cannot get the refund even though I have not signed over the transfer fees and the stand is not in my name. They are hanging up phones and not answering. Their service is appaullling and they are acting *****. I am findin g no common ground or proffessionalism. I ahve had several conversation where Ive spoken to bothe Musa and Willem regarding the issue and they have not assisted.
