I would like to thank Gareth and his team at Asteriomed Medical Insurance for the fast and efficient way that they handled a delicate situation. No long correspondence was entered into, management took over and everything was sorted out in a matter of an hour. Great customer service from your consultants who was always willing to go the extra mile whenever i needed assistance. More companies should take a leaf out Asteriomed's book.
