CHEATED BY CLICKS LENASIA AND ASTELLAS PHARMA

HI, I am a QUADREPLEGIC paralysed from the neck down. I have a permenant SUPRA PUBIC CATHERTER INSERTED. Due to my condition my Family takes care of my day to day needs and Medical Aid. I was prescribed to take a TABLET CALLED BETIMIGA 50MG every morning which is manufactured by the above company. Whilst i was living in the South of Johannesburg Dischem was the Pharmacy i used and never had a days problem. They would supply me this tablet in 50MG toegather with all my other chronic medication. I have now moved out of the South, to Lenasia and unfortunetly there is no Dischem here, so i was told by my Medical Aid to use Clicks. WHAAT A DISAPOINTMENT. Anyway i will leave that story for later. Since i started using Clicks from February of this year they have been supplying the BETMIGA IN 25MG TABLETS, so i would have to take 2 TABLETS to make up the 50MG as prescribed. As a layman i continued and assumed everything was in order. However having said this, when i sent my Caregiver to collect my MEDS YESTERDAY i requested Clicks to give a detailed invoice. When my Caregiver returned they Clicks had not supp**** the BETMIGA REASON THEY SAID THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND I SHOULD COLLECT TODAY. They also charged for it, 60 TABLETS @ 25MG. I called them and asked why are they always supplying 25MG and not 50MG, they said its out of stock. This is there reason month on month. Now going back to my invoice i noticed theyt had cahrged me R 850.88 inclusive of their dispensing fee of R 33.12. I called them immeadiately and asked them why are they charging me double, when i was getting 50MG FROM DISCHEM I WAS PAYING R 438.68. NOW FOR 25MG BECAUSE THEY CANT ORDER 50MG I AM HAVING TO BEAR THE BRUNT OF PAYING DOUBLE R 850.88 THIS IS NOT FAIR AND I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY BOTH THE MANUFACTURER AND THE SUPPLIER. FROM A BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE IS THIS HOW ASTELLAS INCREASES THEIR REVENUE, SUPPLY 25MG INSTEAD OF 50MG SO THEY CAN INCREASE THEIR PROFITS. HOW DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFULL OF ASTELLAS AND CLICKS. IN A NUT SHELL 50MG TABS ARE R 438.68 FOR 30 TABS, WHEREAS BY SUPPLYING 25MG TABS THEY CHRGE R 850.88 FOR 60 TABS. I HAVE TRIED ALL MORNING CONTACTING ASTELLAS, HOWEVER HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY REVIEW IS READ BY SOMEONE THAT CAN ASSIT ME, OR ADVISE ME IF I CAN TAKE THIS FURTHER TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL, OR A MEDICAL REPRESENTING BODY. ASTELLAS & CLICKS YOU HAVE CHEATED ME BY APPROXIMETLY R 430.00 FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS WHICH EQUELS TO R 2150.00. YOU GUYS DISGUST ME.
