Exorbitant Corkage Charge

Oh, how disappointed I was with the exorbitant corkage for my wine - R80.00 for a bottle of wine that cost me R60. The food is great, but their wines are very expensive unless you want to have some real poor wine at R160.00 per bottle. I have always taken my own wine but never been charged such an amount. It used to be R50 per bottle. Needless to say, I doubt whether I will go back. I live in Somerset West so it costs me to get there, however I will stick to Giovannis or Eikendaal as they are much closer.
