Termination of a contract
I registered with this company to assist me with debt clearance and the removal of adverse credit information from my profile. We agreed that I would pay a monthly fee for six months. Due to trust concerns, I closely monitored the service, and after paying for three months, I have come to realize that their service is disappointing and unprofessional. On 24 June 2026, I requested that my contract be cancelled. However, I was informed that the cancellation would only take effect after another payment is deducted on 15 July 2026. I would appreciate assistance in this matter, as I do not believe it is fair for me to continue paying for a service that I am no longer satisfied with and have already requested to cancel.

Hi there. @Assurance credit clearance company there is a lady Lethabo Mushi. I'm very much pleased with her conduct of professionalism. She took my problem as her own. She follows up and keep me updated and make sure that I understand everything. Iwill recommend people who are under debt review to consider approaching Assurance Credit Clearance company and believe me when I say you will get the best service.
