Association of Southern African Travel Agents Should be Association protecting agents

Please dont bother lodging a complain t with the travel agents governing body ASATA. I lodged a complaint about the practices of The Holiday Factory with ASATA and after about 2 weeks I received a mail basically saying the the holiday factory had contacted me , there was not problem and that I could lodge a new "relevant complaint" if i wished. This all without a single contact with me. Asking me about the complaint and what my grievance was. REALLY BARBARA VILJOEN !!!! why even call yourselves a governing body when you are actually a wolf in sheep clothing. Rather call yourselves the Travel agents protect body as you obviously have no intention of being unbiased and have no intention of looking after the customers interest. Just speak to the travel agents and dis the people who lodged the complain. .... Pathetic body for protecting travel agents irregular behavior. Even a judge speaks to both sides of an argument before pronouncing judgement. Don't know why I even bothered lodging a dispute........
