Like to comment on the excellent Customer Service I received from Lerissa Govender..I booked to have a Holliday in Cape Town,not knowing that the Country will resort to a COVID Lockdown..There was nothing I could do,except stay 21 days in Cape Town as all flights were grounded Countrywide.. Through much perseverance by Lerissa,she booked me on a flight to Durban,a day before the Lockdown was officiated..I was so grateful
