Two debits in 1 month

My account for my tracking device was first debited on 27 July 2015,for my July premium. However yesterday the very same debit order goes through again. On me phoning them this morning - Nomsa who handles my Acc says that she is not aware of this as it has not showed her yet. Furthermore I need to go to Capitec and have that reversed. Mind you, its the my company's time, my time and my petrol,as this is not the first time such an incident to happen. Why must they do 2 debits on 1 account. My account is up to date!!!!!!
