Poor Workmanship - Car stripped parts missing

My Wifes car was sent to the dealer AMH Edenvale because the gearbox was malfunctioning due to AMH filling the wrong transmission.<br> After more the 2 months AMH informs us that the cost of the repairs will be R101 000.00.<br> We don't have this kind of money and decided to bring the car back home through the services of a towing company<br> <br> o I paid R750 to get the car to my place<br> o I find that the car is disassembled and bolts and ignition chip is missing as per the pictures that I forwarded AMH Edenvale.<br> o AMH Edenvale offer that I bring the car back to your workshop, (this will cost me a further R750) - so that your assemble it and I would have to bring it back to my place (this will cost me a further R750).<br> o This essentially means that I would have to bear the cost of R1500 due to unacceptable workmanship by AMH.<br> o It is absolutely unfair for AMH this to a customer. <br>
