Poor Communication and follow up lenghty delays

I am the owner of a Terios that is still under factory guarantee. The vehicle only has 66000 km on and has been serviced as per the requirement.<br> I brought the vehicle in to your Centurion dealership more than a month and a half ago for a noise on the diff / gearbox. A technician was given to me to go for a drive to listen to the problem. He made a diagnostic and the vehicle was booked in for proper evaluation.<br> It was established that the diff needed repair.<br> The vehicle was then \repaired and it stood for more than a week.<br> I was assured that the vehicle is fixed.<br> I received it back and noticed that the noise is still there. Also the wining sound in the transmission was now getting worse.<br> I took it back after the long weekend
