License Disc and Car car carpets

Hi, I bought a car last year August. License disc was not given to me. I'm still driving a car with an expired disc. All I got was excuses. I was given a car without carpets too. If I get stopped by Metro Police. The ticket will fall on me not them. All they wanted was \sale". It was a very poor service I received from them.
