Still battling with Groupon subscription from Dec!

I bought a Groupon offer in December for a 6 month magazine membership for my Mom, with the advertised promised that if bought on or before 11 Dec, first issue would be delivered by Xmas - it wasn't. I complained, they didn't even have my subscription on the list, and then promised first issue would come in January. It didn't.<br> <br> I then followed up again on 10 Feb, and was promised feedback - still waiting. I demanded my money back for the subscription, and then suddenly a few days later the March issue arrives at my Mom's door, even though the Feb one is STILL outstanding. They have not cancelled the subscription, nor refunded me, and have still not bothered to respond.<br> <br> No wonder they need Groupon, their service is clearly too ****py for people to take out at normal price.
