How hard is it to get a subscription!

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried to subscribe to Cosmopolitan magazine three times now by sms and email, as advertised to do on the website and in the magazine itself, and not once have I got a response. Someone seriously needs to get their act together!
