Hamper won but not given

I wrote a letter into Good Housekeeping magazine and was sooo chuffed to have it not only published but also win a hamper of goodies. I did see in the magazine that they got my province wrong...even after asking my address in an email previous to the magazines publishment. They had Johannessburg and I am in Howick....so I wrote to them asking them to make sure that when they send my hamper it went to Howick not Johannesburg.<br> I am yet to receive my hamper even after 2 more emails. i am so dissappointed in this as the magazine is great and for the first time ever subscribed to it as I enjoyed it too much.<br> <br> Please can you find out what the issue is because this is bad the way you promise hampers and nobody receives them?
