Good Housekeeping Magazine never arrived

I was given a gift subscription to Good Housekeeping in the first half of last year by a friend. Over a year later I am yet to receive a magazine. After what must have been at least 5 phones I have given up. I was told that a magazine was sent but returned to sender. We have a PO Box address and other magazine subscriptions were arriving without an problem. Nobody followed up on my phone calls and I became tired of repeating my story time and time again!
