And still no response...

After sending various mails to Media24, Associated magazines and Marie Claire direct, I have still not received my magazine or a mail explaining why my subscription is late. The on-shelf date was the 20th July and as a subscriber we should receive the magazines before the on shelf sale date otherwise why would we subscribe? Still no mag and still no response from any of the above mentioned suppliers. Shocking service!!!
