2 years and only 8 Mags from one Subscription!!!!!

This is now the 3rd or 4th complaint I have had to post here as NOTHING gets done about his situation other than me receiving all sorts of ****ty nail art gifts and excuses from Associated Media!!!! I subscribed to Cosmo in July 2013 ALREADY! Since then I have had numerous issues with receiving my magazine. In the past 2 years of me complaining about this I have only received 8 magazines for a subscription of 12 that I actually have already paid for!!! How many times does a person need to email and phone asking for a service that is paid for well in advance???? I want this sorted IMMEDIATELY as I am sick of excuses and people telling me they will get back to me and NEVER DO!!! I want my money back as I have stated in my previous complaints as Associated Media just does not give a **** about sorting this out!
