Very poor service with accounts department at ACS

I have been going back and forth with ACS, vvm and mrp on a paid up letter. getting the same response since the 14th of May 2025. That they have escalated my request for a paid up letter and that they will send it. but til today nothing. my credit score is is negatively affected by an account that I have already settled.
