Judgement

I could not pay my Mr.Price account for months due to financial strain, but i got a new job and phoned Associated Credit Specialists and offered to pay R100 from October until i can afford more and it was accepted and i paid EVERY month. I have tried setting up an debit order numerous times but it never went through!!! Two days ago i receive a letter stating if I dont settly by the 15th February they will take a judgement against me. Then I try and phone them to resolve this and get NO answer..The phone rings non stop. This is SO ridiculous since i kept by my arrangement and then they threaten me and Dont answer their phones. RIDICULOUS!!!!
