Enraged!

The words I really want to use to describe this entire situation is not allowed online! I am furious! What a disgraceful lot, taking advantage of the vulnerable people while we are still making payment every month, just not as much as they want. I speak to these people and I have no hope for humanity! How can this company even exist??? What they are doing is *******!!!!!!
