bad/appauling service

I contacted your helpdesk for assistance with regards to my outstanding amount, the service given by a Mellicia is the most appaulling ever, she was not listening attentively, she spoke as a robot or as per script even thought i told her what i wnated to be done. Instead of advising or confirming what i said she wanted me to agree to her terms. Then she went on about stuff i did not wnat to hear. I feel i you wnat us to contact you guys please have proffessional agents who know how to handle such cases not someone who is going to act like she is the boss of the place , as much as i know its her job but listening is a s**** that every agent needs to acquire in order to work in a contatc centre i should ues. Then i contact Nivashna or something who also got angry as i was already ****ed in repeating myself. Your service was appaulling i wont be calling again as i tried to make the arrangment and you agent said she cant help me if its not by the 05.12.2019. Who even ask whether are you not able to make payment if i tell on the start of the calling that my reason for the call is to make a payment arrangment???? Maybe think ahead or what but i would of responded and said " owkay so seeing that we making a payment arrangment, how much will you be paying and when thats it.

I will make my payment on the date i gave Mellicia whether she wanted to help me or not
