Sim card activation

I was called by sell direct marketing almost daily selling me a wifi router, I eventually agreed to the sale and recieved the device on 07 February 2018 i recieved the device and was called on the 8th that my sim will be activated. Till today I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. I try to call almost daily but cant reach them as i hold for over 30 minutes till my airtime runs out. Telkom has also been sending emails to sell direct to activate my sim but no response . I am very dissa****ted and aggrieved due to this bad service and i comsider it the worst. Please assist
