*******ly claiming that my membership is active

I am furious at ASSIST LIFESTYLE. I NEVER REQUESTED A MEMEBERSHIP, and yet my membership is active and I now have a DEBIT REF!!!!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! It is ******* what you have done!!!! I never gave my permission nor would I ever. Furthermore, I don’t know where ASSIST LIFESTYLE found the contact details. I tried calling the number, ********** , in the sms, but no luck, it's either engaged or not available. How could this be ok with the NCR? I am now informing you that I will log complaint with the NCR or the OMBUT. What ASSIST LIFESTYLE has done is ********* and not trustworthy as I never ever gave permission to them. CLOSE MY SO-CALLED ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP ASAP AND SEND ME PROOF OF THIS. No second chances, you don't do it and WILL report you.
