Complaint about unauthorised debit order scheduled

I have never gave Assist lifestyle authorization do schedule the debit order on my account, nor would I ever. I don’t know where ASSIST LIFESTYLE found the contact details. I tried calling the number - tel: ********** 5351 in the sms, but no luck, it's either engaged or not available. I am now informing you that I will log complaint with the NCR or the OMBUT. What ASSIST LIFESTYLE is doing is ********* and not trustworthy. i do not wish to be a member of assist lifestyle.
