pathetic service

I am very disappointed on the service I received from these ppl, they taking my life backwards. my Husband passed away on the 17th of October 2015 he had a life policy with the insurance for his car. after he passed on we lodged a claim with them to pay up the car. to date nothing has been done and on the other hand I have to continue with monthly instalments of the Motor Vehicle so as to save the car from repossession. there is no call you will ever receive from them. last year December I submitted every information they requested and the Lady who is assisting me conformed everything was in place sand promised me feedback in 15-20 working days. same has since passed and today wen m doing ff she give me attitude and shouts at me like m her child. she then sends an email tht there is outstanding information after 3 full months. what were they doing with the matter all along?? they do not even realise this is one chapter of my life I would like to close and move one they keep delaying the matter trying tactics of not paying the claim. I will be ****ed before I all0ow them to do tht. I demand to be called and advised when payment to be made within 25 hrs or I do not know what I will
