STEER VERY CLEAR, WORST COMPANY EVER.

About no stars would be correct! Assetfin Financial Solutions leased us a PABX Samsung system for 5 years failing to tell us the unit had become obsolete and there are no spares for it. Their partners in crime Daisy telecom conveniently cannot maintain the shoddy system, all this towards the end of the contract. The only solution is to sign another contract with them or sit without phones. The leased system is part of the contract and when the unit fails and cant be repaired they in breach of contract. Their solution was to ********* us into signing other 3 year contract promising the world, we refused and sat without phones for some time. Why should we sign another contract when they failed to deliver on the first. We are now six months later and still they debit our account billing us for non service delivery. In any books this is *****. After numerous requests they wont cancel the debit order and they don't issue summons. even after I have requested they do so. DONT EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will live to regret it. This company needs to be held accountable and closed down.
