Poor accounting and no communication.

On changing banks I did a EFT for the dt.order that did not go off. They continued to do a double dt on the new account, and I have been battling with them for weeks to do the refund!! They don't respond to e-mails, and if you phone them, the refund is in the process of being done. If this contract runs out, I'm gone.
