Months waiting for contract

<p>After 5 months, I am still waiting for a copy of my contract. I was only informed this morning that the system that we are paying for (by end of contract it will be a total of R150 000) is only leased to us. Seeing as I have never received a contract, this was not to my understanding, as the sales rep (Richard D) told me that after the contract is paid in full, the system becomes mine. I have spoken to Asset Fin on numerous times, but still no-one can give me a signed contract. Am I wrong in saying that I can sue them if they take a debit order from my account every month, but I struggle to get a signed copy of my contract from them?</p>
