Bad service

The worst ever !!!! Do yourself a favor and never use them as I’ve been struggling to get documentation out of the for days now! When you phone you hold for so long and when you are upset they pass the phone on to someone to assist you. They do not know what’s going on and it seems if you try to get a settlement from them they drag it out for as long as they can.
