Supp**** inferior product not as per sample

Got a quote to have sleeves printed, price too high. They wanted our business & said could match our existing supplier quote (we gave them). Gave us 2nd quote to match. Gave us sample board same quality as existing sleeve. Paid R11000 in total for 4000 sleeves. Collected them, phoned & told them sleeves too thin and too big for our box (they had sample of our box & sleeve). Went to see them. Very apologetic & said gave us wrong sample board. Now we have to have a new box made to fit sleeves. Dimensions correct, they put tape in wrong place making sleeves too big. Now they not interested in sorting out problem. Not responding to all our emails. Say they gave us exactly as 2nd quote. It was their moral duty to tell us in order to meet quote they have to give us thinner board. Would never have accepted it. They only prepared to give us discount on next order. Will never use them again. Why would we pay all this money for an inferior sleeve when we could have used our existing supplier & have a thick correctly fitting sleeve at the same price. Feel that they were not up front with the whole situation. Feel that we deserve some compensation towards the price of our new box or redo job.
