VERY BAD SERVICE

We bought a car from Asset Auctioneers about 3 months ago. When we bought the vehicle we were told that they are waiting for the papers from the liquidated company. We followed up for a few weeks and eventually we were told that the owner lost the papers and that they did apply for duplicates from the bank. in between we sold the vehicle to a car dealer who is now waiting for the papers from us. We follow up on a regular basis. This morning I phoned their offices as the guy we dealt with is no longer taking our calls. I asked to speak to someone more senior and were told that the person we dealt with before is actually one of the directors. I then phoned him from my office line as he doesn't know the number, he was VERY rude to me and told me that they are still waiting for the bank....3 months down the line. he would of phoned us back, still nothing....
