Third-party consulting services to insurance companies

This business should have NO rating!!!! They are supposedly a third-party company to Echelon /Santam insurance. What a disgusting service. It took 4 days to collect the appliances to be tested and 2 full weeks to return it and then half is returned!!!!! I would like a full report on the tests done and I want an explanation as to where the rest of my stuff is! I can honestly say that i don't understand when a printer is irreparable how can the computer that was on the spot directly in front of it be working fine including a keyboard? The keyboard, speakers mouse and screen still have the watermarks as per photos sent to the insurance, providing evidence that it was not cleaned as per Assesstech's report to the insurance! How do you test vacuum cleaners and don't return the pipes and foot sections? How do you suggest I test and use it? Please can I get answers and test procedures and reports?
