Assessor agriculture

I am disappointed in the way Assessment College has handled my results. I did a course 1st week of November 2017 and to date (28 Jan 2019) they have not issued my certificate which I need to get employment. The admin does not communicate or respond to my queries. How else can I escalate. Must I call Radio 702 to get response?
